Monumental Complex of Sant Sebastià de la Guarda

Sant Sebastià de la Guarda

Witness the occupation of a privileged position for at least 2,600 years

The Monumental Complex of Sant Sebastià de la Guarda is a testament to the occupation of a privileged place for at least 2,600 years. You can visit an Iberian site (6th to 1st centuries BC) recently consolidated and signposted, the 15th century Watchtower (Cultural Asset of National Interest), the 18th century Hermitage and Inn and the Lighthouse of the 19th century. All on top of a mountain with cliffs over the sea and one of the best views of the Costa Brava and, if the day is clear, the view reaches the Pyrenees.
