Festes Majors

Summer has come and it’s time to celebrate the Festa Major and discover its culture and tradition first hand.

If you start your holiddays in June, mark your calendar for the 29th, Saint Peter’s Day, that way you’ll be ready for the Festa Major de Calella de Palafrugell.

If you come in July, remember the 20th, Saint Margaret’s Day, and enjoy the Festa Major de Palafrugell in person.

If you come in August you can choose between:

–       The 15th, Saint Mary’s Day, in Tamariu, a day full of excess.

–       Next up is the 23rd, Saint Rosa’s Day, in Llafranc, with exciting activities.

–       On the next to last Saturday in August, summer hits Llofriu, where you won’t be able to sleep as you dance late into the night.

And since you enjoyed it all, you’ll want to come back, to enjoy the little festivals that we haven’t mentioned yet that are just a click away on this link we’ve prepared for y
