The Cuixart Foundation is a private foundation based in Palafrugell which was founded in 1998 to present the figure of Modest Cuixart i Tàpies. It is located in the house where Modest Cuixart lived after the 1970s, a modernist property which opened its doors in July 2011 for visits to the studio and the garden or to take part in music, dance and photography cultural activities while following Modest Cuixart’s driving spirit.
The artist’s work studio is still at the bottom of the garden, where you can see his working environment, along with a table designed by him.
